How are Dytron TMT Bars manufactured?

In their unique manufacturing process, the steel bars pass through the rolling mill and are the steel bars again pass through the specially designed water cooling system.

While passing the outer core of the TMT Bar becomes hard and durable due to the optimized water pressure and sudden changes in temperature.

At the final step, the slow cooling keeps the inner core soft and turns into Ferrite-Pearlite Mass which makes the bar highly pliable and is highly useful for all purposes of constructions.
